Dr. Elisa Roth stands for “Valuing Value Creation.” She studied industrial engineering at TU Darmstadt and earned her PhD from the Institute for Manufacturing, University of Cambridge, researching technology-enabled learning and worker assistance systems. As a fellow at the World Economic Forum, she helped put this topic on the global agenda through the Augmented Workforce Initiative. With experience in operations consulting, product development, and business development, Dr. Roth now drives the future of people-centric manufacturing as founder and CEO of Augmented Industries. She and her co-founder Dr. Mirco Möncks were named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list in Industry & Manufacturing for their innovative AI-powered workforce excellence software, which counts e.g. Siemens, Ford, and BMW as their customers.
