Pascal Gaggero is RUAG’s Head of Science and Technology and Switzerland’s Head of Delegation to the NATO Industrial Advisory Group (NIAG). In these dual roles, he focuses on leveraging deeptech and exploring cutting-edge technologies to enhance defense, security, and resilience. At RUAG, he leads the company’s venture clienting program, actively engaging with startups to drive innovation and impact. Pascal holds a Ph.D. in Micro and Nanosciences from the University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland. He brings more than 20 years of experience in technology development, research, and industrial product innovation to his leadership roles.
