Dr. Alexander Blass serves as the Head of Operations at NEURA Robotics with a clear strategic focus on innovation management, venture capital funding and company scaling. His career began with a degree in mechanical engineering, followed by a master’s degree in aerospace. His doctorate in turbulence research gave him a profound insight into complex dynamic systems. At NEURA Robotics, Dr. Blass is responsible for the efficient implementation of processes and structures, operational scaling and the coordination of investments. Through advancements in combining modern agile methods with established structures, he has coined the term “Hybrid Agility”, continuously striving to find new ways to improve efficiency and flexibility. Together with the CEO, he plays a key role in shaping the company’s growth strategy and acts as an important bridge builder between technical visions and operational needs.
