Description:

This workshop adopts a dynamic World-Café format to explore the key elements shaping Smart Factory ecosystems globally. Participants will rotate between five moderated stations, each focusing on a critical building block of smart factory development based on the Business Model Canvas framework. At each station, a subject-matter expert will guide focused discussions, stimulate idea exchange, and capture key insights on flipcharts.

Each group will spend approximately 10 minutes per station engaging in structured, participatory dialogue. The final 20 minutes will be dedicated to brief presentations of the flipchart outcomes from each station, fostering cross-topic reflection and collective learning.
